Chris Thomas
Chris Thomas started WTP Media in 2007 and brings over 25 years of comprehensive digital marketing and advertising experience to the table. His diverse background has provided him with extensive knowledge and expertise when it comes to marketing for a variety of businesses. Chris currently lives in Grand Rapids with his wife and three daughters.

Heather Thomas
Heather Thomas co-founded WTP Media in 2007 and brings over 20 years of marketing and creative experience. During that time, she's delivered fresh, innovative ideas and strategic marketing direction. She takes pride in creating solutions that build our clients' brands and marketing. Heather graduated from MSU with a double major in marketing and graphic design.

Michael Biafore
Michael Biafore has over 25 years of leadership experience and oversees the finance and operations of the company. Prior to joining WTP, Mike held various executive positions in the staffing, financial services, and technology industries. He graduated from MSU with a B.A. in Finance and currently sits on the West Michigan Spartan Alumni Association and the YMCA Boards in West Michigan.

Ernie Davis is our Lead Web Developer who works with our highly skilled team to design, develop, and deliver websites that are fast, easy to use, and appear in the top Google search results. Ernie is Google Ads certified and has been working in the industry since earning his CIS degree in 2002. Ernie enjoys listening to audio books and nature walks.

Andrea Klapp
Andrea Klapp is a Project Manager/Content Strategist who has written for dentists, plumbers, attorneys, and other professions from a wide range of industries. This versatility combined with her knowledge of search engine optimization makes her a highly effective communicator. In her spare time, you’ll find Andrea writing short stories, knitting, and taking astrology way too seriously.

He is a self-driven and self-taught developer that loves to create beautiful and engaging user-facing products. When not building websites, Chris enjoys photography, the company of his wife and pets, and various other hobbies.

Michael Rey is a front-end developer and web designer with a passion for all things visual. As part of our web team, he helps create and maintain highly functional and visually striking websites for a variety of clients. When he’s not building websites, Mike spends his time watching movies and anime, writing, and honing his amateur photography skills.

A proud MSU alum, her hobbies include making miniature food out of clay and endlessly quoting the show Parks and Recreation.

Mitchell Schieber is an experienced and resourceful Videographer who specializes in creating high-performing visual media content. A West Michigan local, he holds a degree in film and video production from Grand Valley State University. Mitchell aims to implement modern trends to create results-driven video content that will leave a lasting impression on clients.
